American Roulette

Who hasn't heard of roulette? This legendary game is still the queen of adrenaline delights in the casino. If you have not yet experienced it, it's high time you do! It requires no previous knowledge, so it is perfect for beginners.

It suffices to be familiar with a few most common bets. The croupier will place the bets for you. You are in for an exciting adventure. The roulette is the game for you, even if you are only looking to have fun in the company of your friends.

General information

How does it work?
Hand a banknote, cash chip or token to the croupier, and in exchange he will give you coloured chips (each player has his own colour), which do not have a set value. You let the croupier know what value you want to give them - e.g. with € 50 you can buy 10 chips worth € 5 each, or 25 chips worth € 2 each. When you leave the game, ask the croupier to exchange your coloured chips for cash chips, which can then be exchanged for cash at the cash desk.

What not to do:
Coloured chips may not be moved from one table to another. You may take the chips off the table only after the croupier has paid out all the winnings.

Where to place the chips?
This depends on how much you want to earn: the lesser the chances, the higher the winnings. You can choose between outside, inside and special bets. Outside and inside bets represent different number distributions on the table, whereas special bets represent distributions on the roulette wheel. We advise that you choose outside and inside bets to warm up.

Outside and inside bets

Only one or two possible distributions are represented for each bet.

Outside bets
A, B: Red or Black – Will the ball land on a number in red or a number in black? Pays even money (1:1).
C, D: Even or Odd - Will the ball land on an even or odd number? Pays even money (1:1).
E, F: 1 to 18 or 19 to 36 - Will the ball land on a number from 1 to 18 or from 19 to 36? Pays even money (1:1).
G, H, I: 1st 12, 2nd 12 or 3rd 12 - Will the ball land on a number between 1 and 12, between 13 and 24 or between 25 and 36? Pays 2: 1.
J: 1st, 2nd or 3rd Column - Will the ball land on one of the numbers in the column you have selected? Pays 2: 1. One more thing: If the ball lands on zero and you have placed an outside bet, you lose your bet.

Inside bets
K: Six lines - The ball will land on one of six adjacent numbers. Pays 5: 1.
L: Corner - The ball will land on one of four adjacent numbers. Pays 8: 1.
M: Street - The ball will land on any of three numbers in a transversal line. Pays 11: 1.
N: Split - The ball will land on one of two adjacent numbers. Pays 17: 1.
O: Straight up - Feeling lucky? Guess the number on which the ball will land. Pays 35: 1.
