Ptuj is one of the oldest towns in Slovenia and home to the world-known Kurents. It is located above old wine cellars, where the oldest vintage wine in stored.
There is a golf course
with 18 holes adjacent to it. It is very attractive due to its varied terrain and numerous water obstacles. The 14th hole is especially popular among players because of its spectacular strike onto an island.
